One local toolbox
Checking API responses, reviewing configuration, working in a remote environment, reading logs, editing code, testing small transformations or handling an issue away from your main workstation — the annoying part is everything around the code. You still need to format JSON, decode JWTs, convert YAML to JSON, decode Base64 and test regular expressions. DevT Pro puts those utilities into one iPad app instead of making every small job another web search.
Move between different developer tasks in tabs without discarding the context from the previous one.
Tokens, request headers, internal JSON and other development data can be processed on your iPad instead of pasted into unrelated web utilities.
Normal tool operations do not depend on an internet connection, login or remote processing service.
Popular tools
DevT Pro includes more than 120 tools. These are a few of the common ones you can keep one search away on your iPad.
120+ built-in tools
DevT Pro includes utilities across structured-data conversion, code generation, encoding, validation, formatting, previews, cryptography and everyday development tasks.
Convert between JSON, CSV, YAML, XML, TOML, TSV and TOON when an API, export or configuration file gives you data in the wrong shape.
Generate TypeScript, Swift, Kotlin, C#, Java and Go models from JSON, and Python, JavaScript, Swift, Kotlin or Rust from cURL.
Base64, URLs, JWTs, HTML entities, hexadecimal text and other developer encodings from the same app.
Format and validate structured data without switching to a desktop computer just to clean up a payload.
Inspect JSON, CSV, YAML and TOML, and preview HTML or Markdown when you need a more useful representation than raw text.
Regex, timestamps, dates, UUIDs and ULIDs, cron expressions, text diffing, colors, hashing, encryption, QR codes, passwords and number formats.
iPad workflow
DevT Pro is not a collection of isolated single-screen apps. It borrows familiar ideas from desktop developer tools: fast search, tabs and code-oriented editing.
Move between different developer tasks without discarding the context from the previous one.
Use the command palette to reach a specific utility without manually browsing the complete catalog.
Text-heavy tools use developer-focused editors with features such as syntax highlighting, code folding and find-and-replace where applicable.
Supported converters, validators, viewers, previews and the Diff Viewer can work with file input, which is useful when a payload or document is already stored on the iPad.
Local first
A JWT can include account claims and permissions. A JSON payload can contain user or internal application data. A cURL command can contain API keys, cookies or authorization headers. Logs and configuration may contain information you would rather not paste into a random website.
DevT Pro performs normal tool operations locally on your iPad. No account is required, and the app does not include telemetry or analytics. Features that explicitly load a remote URL access the network only when you request that remote content, and formatting, conversion, encoding, decoding, generation and other normal utility workflows stay on the device.
Browser utility vs dedicated toolbox
A browser utility is fine for throwaway sample data. A dedicated toolbox becomes more useful when the iPad is part of your real workflow.
