DevT Pro Software License

DevT Pro is proprietary software. By downloading, installing, or using DevT Pro, you agree to the terms below.

1. License Grant

Subject to these terms and any applicable app store terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use DevT Pro for your personal or professional use.

Purchasing or downloading DevT Pro grants you a license to use the software. It does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

2. Ownership

DevT Pro, including its software, design, branding, user interface, documentation, and original content, is owned by its developer and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted under this license are reserved.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially redistribute DevT Pro except as expressly permitted by the applicable app store.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative versions of DevT Pro for redistribution.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

4. App Store Distribution

DevT Pro may be distributed through Microsoft Store, Apple App Store, Mac App Store, Flathub, or other authorized software distribution platforms.

Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Licenses purchased through an app store may be tied to the account, device limits, family-sharing rules, refund policies, and other licensing mechanisms provided by that store.

5. Updates and Changes

Updates, improvements, fixes, or new versions of DevT Pro may be released from time to time.

Features may be added, modified, replaced, or removed as the software evolves. An existing license does not necessarily include separately offered products, major upgrades, or services unless explicitly stated.

6. Third-Party Components

DevT Pro may include or make use of third-party software libraries, frameworks, or other components.

Those components remain subject to their respective licenses and copyright notices. Where required, applicable notices and licenses are provided separately within the application or accompanying documentation.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of files, text, code, data, and other content that you process using DevT Pro.

This software license does not grant the developer ownership of your content.

8. Disclaimer

DevT Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

While reasonable efforts are made to provide reliable software, no guarantee is made that the application will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing important output and maintaining appropriate backups of your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of DevT Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of or inability to use the software, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Termination

This license remains valid while you comply with these terms.

Your rights under this license may terminate if you materially violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing any unauthorized copies of DevT Pro.

These terms may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to DevT Pro, its distribution, or applicable legal requirements.

The current version will be published on the official DevT Pro website.
